Ingredients
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk 12 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Masa Harina (by SUN_CLAY) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup water3 packets Truvia1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients with a fork or spoon. Pour in muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins.
