16 sprout Brussels sprouts, fresh - Cut in half 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added 2 clove Garlic 2 cup Lentils 4 cup Kirkland Signature Organic Chicken Stock (by NEOSYFTE) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sautee Garlic, then Jalapeno peppers, celery, and onion. Add rest of ingredients and place in Instapot or electric pressure cooker for 30 minutes. If cooking on stove top sautee ingredients, add rest then bring to boil, then turn down on low and simmer for 2 hours.
