Directions
1.boil 1000 ml of water with a tea bag including anchovy, shrimp, kelp, green onion root
2.remove tea bag from the water
3.mix chili powder, chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, garlic together in a bowl and put the sauces into the water
4. when boiling the water with sauces, put fish cakes, rice cakes
and green onions.
5. boil it until rice cakes are soft
