Ingredients
32 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1587 gram Tomatoes - Crushed, Red Gold (1/4 cup)(28 oz. can) (by MADELINEIR) 3 cup bean red kidney 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 16 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 3 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Brown onion. Add beef and continue to brown. Drain fat. Add spices and mix. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours. I use one can dark and one can light kidney beans.
