Cherry - Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 over ripe bananas2 tbsp. lemon juice4 ounces unsweetened apple sauce1/2 cup dark sugar (brown)2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 tsp. baking powder3/4 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup dried cherries1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, mash bananas, lemon juice, apple sauce, and sugar. Stir well. In a seperate boel combine all remaining ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stir just until mixture is well combined.

Spray a loaf pan with oil, Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. about 50 mins. Allow to cool before serving.

One loaf can be cut into 12-14 slices. Enjoy!!!
