Broccoli Frittata

Ingredients
4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A2.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.5 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease pie dish with olive oil. Gently press cheese into dish. Cover cheese with broccoli. Whisk eggs in bowl. Add milk to eggs and whisk together. Pour egg mixture over broccoli. Melt butter and drizzle over frittata. Optional - grate fresh nutmeg over pie. Place pie dish on baking sheet for easier handling. Bake 30-45 minutes, until firm and 160 degrees. Let stand 10 mins or so before cutting.
