Ingredients
3 tbsp Coconut Oil 66 gram vega protein & greens chocolate - 1 scoop 0.19 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2.5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 425 grams Pumpkin, canned, without salt 0.75 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 2 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mix dry ingredients; melt coconut oil and mix wet ingredients; bake 30-40 minutes at 345 degrees in 9x9 inch pan. Cool. Keep refrigerated.
