6 med (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes 1/4 cup Milk, 1% 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted salt to taste
Peel potatoes. Place on insert to lift off base of container. Steam in Instant Pot with 2 cups water for 12 min. Quick steam release. Remove from pot carefully, place into bowl to mash. Add butter all at once and begin mashing to incorporate. Add milk a little at a time till you have the consistency you want.
