Cauliflower Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
2.25 cup Birds Eye Steamfresh Riced Cauliflower Original 1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Gluten Free 2 serving Eggs Large Brown Cage Free, Grain Feed & Free Roaming (1 egg) 0.25 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 0.5 1tsp Sesame Oil 0.5 tbsp Peanut Oil 1 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.1 tsp Morton's Lite Salt 2 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Cook riced cauliflower as directed except open immediately after to let out steam and stop cooking process. In sauté pan heat oil medium to high heat add cauliflower and all ingredients except lite salt, one dash black pepper and eggs. Mix and cook for a few minutes. In separate bowl beat eggs with lite salt and pepper. Push cauliflower to one side of pan and drain excess oil to the empty side. Add eggs and scramble. When fully cooked mix with cauliflower. Serving Size: 4 -3/4 cups
