1.0 cup lindberg wild rice blend2.0 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium16.0 oz Beans, Red Kidney Beans (Happy Harvest)2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1.25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned0.75 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies1.0 cup Canned Tomatoes1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 tbsp cumin powder1.0 tsp chili powder1.0 tsp garam masala0.5 tsp smoked paprika2.0 tbsp Salt2.0 serving(s) bay leaf4 Garlic cloves
Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in a Saute pan.
In a big pot, add the rest of ingredients add 2-3 cups of water.
Add in Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic.
Cover and set on low heat for 30 min.
And serve with sour cream &/or cheese
