Italian Noodle Pasta (Cold)

Ingredients
Whole grain rotini noodles (any type of noodles will work but I prefer these)Chopped green onion topsChopped raw broccoliCherry TomatoesSalad Dressing
Directions
Makes 12 1-cup servings

Place pasta in water to boil. Follow package instructions.
While pasta is cooking chop all of your vegatables and set aside.
Mix water, vinegar and salad dressing in a bowl. Let stand for a minute or two to let dry ingredients blend. Add oil to mixture.

Remove and rinse pasta in cool water until pasta is cool.

In a large bowl add pasta and toss with dressing mixture.
Add all vegetables and toss.

For an alternate dressing try any lo-cal italian dressing. You can take out a little of the dressing if it is too tangy for you.
