Mock Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 2 cup Egg Noodles, enriched 1 serving McCormick Turkey Gravy (dry mix, whole package) (by ABBY227) 3 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 serving 100% VIRGIN OLIVE OIL SPRAY (by MS_MAYZEE) 6 tsp Worcester Sauce (by FARRAH.TROY) 1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
Directions
Brown Turkey in large skillet, in worcester sauce, Mrs Dash, until well cooked. Once cooked, add gravy mix, and water. Stir, until a gravy mixes with the ground turkey. let simmer until noodles are tender.
While Turkey meat is cooking, start water to boil in a 4 -quart sauce pan, add butter to water. Once water is boiling add egg noodles to cook for 7 minutes. Drain water from the noodles, and add to ground turkey.
Once noodles are added to the turkey and gravy mix, add the sour cream and stir. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Then serve with a salad.
