1 container (7 ounces) Fage Total full-fat plain Greek yogurt1 cup frozen sweet cherries, pitted1/3 to 1/2 cup water1 teaspoon chia seeds1 teaspoon flax seeds1 teaspoon hemp seeds1 scoop Grass-fed Whey Protein Isolate (1/2 serving)
Directions
Grind seeds in spice or coffee grinder. Blend together all ingredients.
