Ingredients
800 grams Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 large Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 100 gram(s) Green Capsicum Raw (by SPUDBOSSMAN) 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 4 serving Coconut cream - coles 400g .5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 1 tbsp Ginger - Crushed (in a jar) (by AB1968) 80 gram(s) Thai Green Curry Paste - Valcom (by KILORANB) 1.5 tbsp Garlic, Crushed McCormick (by KELLYSLOAN) 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 4 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar 1 tbsp Blue Corn Flour (by DAMIENDUCKS) 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
All ingredients combined except cornflour and lemon juice. Slow cook for 8 hours.

Mix cornflour with liquid from slow cooker to thicken.

Cook on high for a further 30 mins. With lid off.
