5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 large Egg white, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 serving carrot shreds 1 serving Kirkland shredded cheddar/Jack Cheese
Directions
sautee veggies in non stick pan, mix with egg and cheese and bake.
