Delhi Beans and Apples

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup chopped onions (one small)1 cup chopped apple (2 small)28 oz can diced tomatoes19 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained3 tbsp honey1 tsp ground cumin1tbsp flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly oil a 1.5 quart baking dish. Heat olive oil in frying pan, cook onions 5 minutes, add apples, cook 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients, sprinkling flour on top last. Sit, place in baking dish, Cover and bake 40 minutes.
