Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 1tsp Sesame Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 cup Members mark canned chicken 2 tsp Kikkoman Wasabi Sauce 2.3 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
Directions
In a heavy skillet, sauté onions in oil. Add rice, and sauté until it turns clear, then add the chicken broth and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add water (usually about a quart) as needed until the rice is cooked.
