Turkey Noodle Soup

2 serving 10 baby carrots raw .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 breast, bone removed Turkey breast meat and skin (roasted) 2 cup Egg Noodles, enriched
Saute cut up veggies in olive oil (or 1 tablespoon butter) until they are starting to get soft. Add cooked turkey (that has been cut up into pieces). Add chicken broth. Add basil, bay leaves (3-4), thyme, garlic. Bring to soft boil and then add egg noodles. Cook until noodles are soft.
