Turkey Bacon Cheese Rollups

Ingredients
30 slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon 2 cup cheese, Kroger Shredded Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese oregano to taste
Directions
lay 15 strips side by side on a silpat or parchment paper. lay 2 slices across the middle, then work to make a lattice. Add 2 cups mozzarella shredded or your favorite cheese, sprinkle with oregano and roll up. put on parchment and a baking sheet. Bake at 425 until cooked through
