12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash2.0 serving Banquet Brown and serve Turkey sausage- 3 links
Directions
Saute all veggies and potato's. Place in greased 13 X 9 casserole dish. Mix eggs in a med sized bowl. Pour eggs over veggies. Bake 35 mins at 350 degrees Serving Size: 13 X 9 pan cut into 6 pieces
