1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw5.0 medium Summer Squash32.0 oz Ground Turkey, Jennie-O, 93% fat free, lean8.0 oz pepperjack cheese
Directions
Chop and Cook onion Cut in half long and Scoop out the insides of the zucchini Lightly blend zucchini insides with onions Cook Turkey with zucchini filling until liquid are gone Stuff zucchini boats Top with shredded cheese Bake at 400 for 15 min Serving Size: Makes 10 zucchini boats.
