Whole wheat Banana Egg pancake

Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.15 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 tbsp Anchor- Full cream milk powder0.5 tsp Baking Powder0.1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Mash the banana in a bowl. Whisk in the egg, flour, baking powder and milk powder. Heat a pan on medium heat and add a little oil to grease. Pour in the pancake batter on to the middle of the pan to form a perfect thick round. Fry both sides flipping halfway until light brown. And you have yourself a yummy, healthy, quick pancake!

Serving Size: Makes one 5 inch round 1 inch thick pancake.
