Ingredients
4 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 2 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1.5 cup Beans, red kidney 1.5 cup Beans, black 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh 1.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder (by SMARTIEBEE) 0.5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tbsp cumin powder (by DUBON00) 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for one hour.
