Thanksgiving Cabbage Vegetarian Gravy

Ingredients
4 tbsp Butter1/2 medium Onion, finely chopped 4 oz cremini mushrooms, finely chopped 1 tsp Sage, freshly chopped 1 tsp Rosemary, freshly chopped 1 tsp Thyme, freshly chopped 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 3 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
Directions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
2. Add onion and cook, stirring until soft, 6 minutes
3. Stir in mushrooms and herbs and season with salt and pepper.
4. Cook stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft and golden, about 4 minutes.
5. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute, then shisk in 3 cups of broth and bring mixture to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mixture has thickened to your desired consistency, 5 minutes. (Add more broth is desired.)
