12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 dash Pepper, black 0.75 tsp Salt 0.50 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 60 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 20 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 6 Serving(s) Members mark Sams Club Extra Sharp Cheddar
Directions
Best eggs together. Dice bell peppers. Coat muffin tin with avocado oil. Add one tablespoon of peppers and one tablespoon of cheddar cheese to each muffin tin. Evenly divide eggs between tins. Bake at 350 approximately 20 minutes or until eggs are cooked throughly.
