12 cup, chopped Collards 3.25 cup Glory Seasoned Southern Style Cooked Cabbage 4 oz Smoked Turkey Wings (by UMUCGRAD) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp (15mL) Organic, Raw-Unfiltered w/Mother, Unpasteurized, Gluten-free
Boil turkey wing in broth until tender (about 30 minutes). Add in chopped collards, canned collards, onion, garlic and vinegar and boil until greens are tender. About 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Remove turkey and remove meat
From the bone and return the meat to the greens.
