1 cup Butter, unsalted 1/2 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 1/4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3/4 cup Nuts, Walnuts, Diamond Chopped (by AERODYNAMIC) 1/4 tsp Morton Iodized Salt Powdered Sugar to roll cookie ball in. (not calculated in nutrition results)
Mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla. Add salt, nuts and flour and mix well until dough holds together. I kneed it with my hands...easier to mix. Used a measuring 1/2 tbsp to scoop out doug and roll into 1 inch balls.
Bake 400* for 10-12 minutes until set and not brown. Cool before rolling into powdered sugar (which is not calculated in nutrition results).
