Vidalia Onion Dip

Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped Vidalia onions6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1.5 cups)3/4 cups Vegan Mayo2 oz gruyere cheese (about .5 cups)1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions.
Directions
Adjust Ovan rack to middle position and heat ovan to 375 degrees. Combine onions, cheddar, mayonnaise, gruyere, and half green onions. Transfer to a 1 quart baking dish.

Bake until brown and bubbly, about 25 mins. Let cool 10 mins then top with remaining green onions.
