TJs Famous GF Banana Bread

Ingredients
4.25 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Salt 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mash three bananas in a large bowl with the back of a fork. Melt butter and combine with sugar Whisk in two eggs. Add buttermilk, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. In a different bowl, add gf flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Serving Size: 12 slices - regular loaf pan
