Mango Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 cups lettuce or arugula1 mango, peeled and sliced1 red bell pepper sliced2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp balsamic vinegar4 tsp honey2 tsp dijoin mustard2 boneless chicken breast1/4 c slivered almonds
Directions
Makes 4 servings
1. In large bowl combine lettuce or arugula, mngo and red bell peppers. In smaller bowl whisk olive oil, vinegar, honey, dijon mustard and salt. Toss with other ingredients.
2. Grill chicken breasts sprinkled with salt and pepper.
3. Add chicken to tossed salad and sprinkle the almonds.
