Jalepeno Cashew Spread

Ingredients
1 cup cashew nuts1 4 oz can Ortega diced jalepenos2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2 tsp Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp salt3 cloves garlic, peeled
Directions
Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours. Throw all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed for a couple of minutes until smooth, about the consistency of hummus.
