3.0 cup, cubes Butternut Squash1.0 leek Leeks0.75 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked1.0 bulb Fennel0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk0.33 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A10.0 tsp Bacon grease2.0 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Chop and cook squash, lard and leeks, roast for 30min, then add remaining until saucy and thick and squash breaks down.
