Kelly's Ham & Egg Cups

70gms Shaved Ham 1 tsp Dill, dried 4 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 cup Calci Boost milk (yellow top) 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix together egg, dill, milk, parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Place ham into medium sized muffin cup tray.
Pour egg mixture into each 'ham cup'.
Bake for around 20 minutes - until egg mixture is cooked, golden brown and soft (but not wet) to the touch.
Serve 2 per person.
Serving Size: Makes 6 muffin trays cups
