J's Chicken soup

Ingredients
5.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Roasting Chicken16.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap6.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw8.0 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw5.0 tbsp Poultry seasoning5.0 tbsp Salt8.0 sprigs Parsley1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
Directions
Slice carrots and celery, place in large soup pot. Rinse chicken in cold water, place in pot on top of veggies. Add 1 gallon water, seasoning and parsley. Med low heat for a couple hours. Then remove chicken shred meat and return meat to pot. You could cook some noodles to add to it per package directions. Noodles are not in calorie count for this recipie.
