Turkey Meat Loaf de Provence

Ingredients
Ground turkey, 93% lean, 10 oz Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw 1/2 cup, chopped Green Bell Pepper 1 cup, chopped Onion, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped1 Can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and OreganoEgg, fresh, 2 large Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cup Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Spice Hunter Herbes De Provence, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Whip the eggs and pour them over the combined ingredients. Mix with your hands and form into a loaf. Place in a oven safe casserole dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
