Keto Beef Egg Roll Slaw

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef 3 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove (by LINLU00) 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 4.5 serving Fresh Express Diced Southern Slaw (25 cal/1.5 cups) 0.50 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt 0.50 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Fry ground beef and onions till beef is browned. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt &Pepper. Stir and cook for 3 mins then add the slaw mix and cook on medium heat until the cabbage is tender.
