Pams beet greens and zucchini cheddar quiche with almond meal crust

5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 C Almond Flour 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Beet greens, cooked chopped1 cup, sliced Zucchini 1/4 cup, chopped Onions1t oil1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Half and Half Cream 1/4 C Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard .
Crust
One egg
2 C almond flour
1/4 t baking soda
2 T butter
Process in food processor until forms ball, blind baked 10 minutes 375 degrees do not let it brown
Quiche filling
Boil/steam beet greens then squeeze out water, chop set aside
Slice/dice zucchini ,1/4 C Diced onion sauté small amount of oil
In separate bowl place remaining 4 eggs, 1/4 C poupon mustard,1C half and half stir until mixed, add cooked vegetables stir in and pour into blind baked crust cook for 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees
