Sweet and Spicy Nut Mix

Ingredients
Mix together in a big bowl:1 cup, whole Almonds 1 cup, halves Pecans 120 gram(s) Wonderful Pistachios Roasted & Salted Shelled Pistachios (about 1/4 cup)fs 1 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts 0.25 cup Pumpkin seeds 47 gram Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Red Quinoa (dry) 0.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate ChipsCombine in microwave safe bowl 4 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 serving Brandy, 1 oz. 1/2 tsp saltPour the liquid mix over nuts and seeds and mix well. Spread mix onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 F or until chocolate melts well. Take out and let cool while you mix the following:1/2 tsp kosher Salt 1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar Sprinkle this finish onto the top of the nuts. Turn off oven and return for 5 minutes.
