16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 0.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 0.5 cup Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free 1 small Onions, raw - chopped1 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added 3 TBSP minced Garlic .5 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Thyme, ground .5 tsp Basil
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
In a bowl combine the ground turkey, oats, onion , 2/3 cup tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, thyme and basil. Form into 8 meatballs. Place the meatballs in the muffin tins. Bake 20-25 min. Top with remaining sauce and 1 TBSP mozzarella per mini meat loaf cook 2-5 more min until cheese melts.
