3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 0.75 cup Frozen green peas 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Cook eggs in 1 tbsp olive oil; Remove from pan and set aside;
Sauté onion in 1 tbsp olive oil;
Add riced cauliflower and peas;
Sauté for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked but not mushy;
Add eggs back to pan; season with soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste.
