Spicy Turnip Greens

Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Turnip Greens 2 tbsp Olive Oil .13 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Heat olive oil & add sliced onion. When soft, add 1/2 of the turnip greens & cook down. Then add the remainder of the greens. Add seasonings & serve

Serving Size: Makes 4 big serving spoon sized servings (abt 1/2 cup)
