2.25 stick Butter, salted divided.25 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar 1 tsp vanilla.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, shredded Coconut, raw 2 cup, crushed Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon 3.75 oz sugar free pistachio pudding mix (by FITFRIT) 12 tbsp Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels .125 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
in a double boiler melt .5 c butter. add 1/4 granulated sugar, 1/4 c cocoa powder, add vanilla. once mixed add 1 beaten egg. continue stirring, add 2 c grahm cracker crumbs and 1 c shredded coconut. press in a 9X12 pan it will be thin. chill untill set.
layer 2 cream .5c butter stir in 3 tbsp milk. then add 1 small box of pudding mix . add 2 c powdered sugar should be thick and creamy. add extra milk if needed. place on layer 1. chill untill firm
3- melt 6 oz semi sweet chocolate with 2 tbls butter. spreatd QUICKLY (-Grandma direction here) over other 2 layers.
chill and cut
