Apple Cobbler

4 apples1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup2 packets of splendacinnamon to tastewater2/3 cup Heart Healthy bisquick1/4 cup fat free sour cream1/4 cup 1% millk3 splenda packetsdash of vanillawater
Slice the apples thin and place in a sauce pan with 1/2 cup sugar free syrup, 2 splenda packets, and cinnamon to taste. Add enough water so that the apples are able to come to a boil. Cook the apples until they begin to soften.
Spray a baking pan. Pour the apples mixture in the pan. Mix 2/3 cup of bisquick, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup 1%milk, 3 splenda packets, and a dash of vanilla. Whisk until smooth and then pour on top of the apple mixture. Bake in a 425 degree oven until golden brown.
