3 large eggs 1/8 tsp Cream Of Tartar 1/8 tsp Salt 3 oz Sour Cream
Oven 300 degrees
Separate eggs.
Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
In a separate bowl, combine yolks, sour cream and salt until smooth.
Using spatula, gently fold egg whites into the sour cream mixture.
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and light coating of cooking spray. Spoon 10 large mounds of mixture onto sheet, press with spatula on top to flatten slightly.
Bake 30-40 min until golden brown. Cool completely. Stores in ziplock bag in fridge for up to three days.
