Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
8 tbsp chopped Shallots 6 tsp Ginger Root 2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tsp Garlic 2 tsp Granulated Sugar .5 cup Peanut Oil 5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) .33 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tsp Salt - Table - 1 tsp. (by MIKNMEG)
Directions
Peel and grate the ginger (2 tablespoons)
Grate the garlic
The vinegar should be 1/3 cup.
2 tsp of lemon juice.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
