Turkey Mushroom Swiss Quiche

8 ounce(s) Turkey breast, sliced, oven roasted, luncheon meat 2 serving 9' Pie Crust, Deep Dish, Pillsbury (by EDMINN) 9 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Milk, 1% 16 oz Swiss Cheese
Prick pie shells; bake at 350 for 10 min
Chop onions; slice mushrooms. Put in bowl.
Break eggs into bowl. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Add cheese and milk. Stir.
Pour mixture into pie shells. Bake at 350 until done (about 45 min)
