Ingredients
8 clove Garlic 1 cup chopped Onions 6 cups Black-eyed peas, cooked 6 cups brown Basmati rice 44 ounces Whole baked ham
Directions
Cook rice and black-eyed peas according to package directions.
Dice ham, garlic, and onion.
Soften onion and garlic by sauteing in water.
Add ham, rice, and black-eyed peas.
Stir well and serve warm with a bottle of hot sauce.
