Vegan split pea soup

Ingredients
2 cup Split Peas (1 16 oz bag)4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 serving Yellow potato 2 serving Knorr Vegetarian vegetable bouillon, 1 cube (by GRIMGOOSE) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 dash Pepper, black olive1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
prepare vegetables, cut in even chunks.
dice onion and saute in olive oil. add celery, carrots, potatoes
rinse peas thoroughly and add this to pot.
season with pepper and 2 bouillon cubes
add water. simmer on low for several hours. May need to add water for desired thickness.
