Keto Cheese Buns or pizza crust

Ingredients
1 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 24 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese 2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
Directions
Mix ingredients. Divide into 4ths and pat out into circular shapes and place on parchment paper. You can also use a muffin top pan (if you have one-I didn't, so parchment paper it was and it worked fine). Cook on 350 for 15 minutes. You can herbs and spices to modify. You can also make one round crust for pizza.
