Mozzarella and Onion Omlette

Ingredients
16 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Preheat nonstick skillet (light spritz of nonstick spray if needed)
Scramble egg and eggwhite together
Place in pan - let the bottom get just a little firm so the onion doesn't fallall the way through
sprinkle the onion over the egg
spread the cheese over the onion
turn heat down to medium low allow eggs to firm up
fold in half
give a few more minutes so the inside is cooked

Serving Size: 1 large omlette for a very hungry person
